SATEC DRAMA Department Presents, “OLIVIA!

This brilliant and innovative show, set in Victorian times, traces the steps of Olivia, from downtrodden orphan to star of the stage. On her journey to the bright lights of London, she is befriended by Eliza Doolittle [from "My Fair Lady"] and, after a series of adventures, becomes a singer in a new Gilbert and Sullivan show, thanks to the unlikely assistance of Fagin and The Artful Dodger

April 12, 7pm- Admission $5.00 Adults  $2.00 Students

There will be an intermission and bake sale to support Maple Run Odyssey of the Mind World's Trip to Iowa in May.

We are proud to have 31 students  in grades 4-8 participating in this performance.

 

 

“Students, join us in the library for a session of book “tasting” and critical review, May 2nd and 3rd from 3:45-6:00 pm! Come with your parents to preview books from the Red Clover and Dorothy Canfield Fisher book lists, Vermont’s very own book awards! Completed book review sheets become raffle tickets for a free book drawing! Sugar On Snow will also be available for book reviewers to cleanse their palates on the way out!”

Exciting news for SATEC's Odyssey of the Mind...3 members of the Division 1 Balsa team are headed to the World Finals in Ames, Iowa May 22-27!  Mason Conner, Patricia Noza and Rebecca Tetreault are working hard to raise the money to attend this amazing team competition. -Bake sale during intermission of SATEC's drama performance of "Olivia" on April 12 (gluten and non-gluten items will be available!)

-Bottle drive April 21st, bottles can be dropped off from April 15-21 at Beverage Mart and mention they are for Odyssey of the Mind, contact us to pick up at your home or bring returnables into one of the many boxes that will be located around the school starting April 3.

-If you are a business and would consider a donation of $150, your business name/logo would be placed on the back of a team designed T-shirt
