Clinical Medical Assistant

Classes are offered twice a year: Fall and Spring
Accepting Applications for Spring 2019.

Application deadline is March 1, 2019. Approval notification by mid-March of 2019. Orientation is Wednesday, April 3 from 5:30-7:30 pm and course begins April 17, 2019. Upon selecting the course, you’ll receive an email that outlines the application requirements. 

Classes are Wednesdays, 5:30-8:30pm, and one Saturday a month. 10 month program.

Includes: Clinical Medical Training (24 weeks), Introduction to Phlebotomy Training and CPR/First Aid/AED. Minimum of 40 clinical experience hours during the course.
Cost: $2,200 (includes textbook) Excludes $155.00 certification exam.

Winter Class on Saturdays:
January 5 - March 23, 8am - 2pm. Plus 32 hours of clinicals.

Phlebotomy Training and Certification(supported by and developed with the UVM Medical Center)
* *Acceptance into this program starts with a formal application process.We listened to the employers and you, the students, and we have now merged both I and II by working alongside UVM Medical Center to deliver one course that ends with national certification and endorsed by the largest hospital in Vermont.
St. Albans Training Site: Class starts February 6, 2019. Every Wednesday evening from 5:30 - 9pm for 24 weeks, plus clinicals. Includes CPR/First Aid/AED Training.

Burlington Training Site: Class starts May 23, 2019. Every Thursday evening from 5:30-9pm for 24 weeks, plus clinicals. Includes CPR/First Aid/AED Training.
