Some of the windows in the stairwells closest to teams Renaissance and USA were boarded up for several months. Several had been broken and all of the windows had lost their insulating vacuum seal. On Monday, July 17th, a group of workmen showed up to completely refurbish the windows and their framing system. On July 18th they completed their work. These window units will now be intact, clear, and more energy efficient. Previously some of the windows could be opened at inappropriate times of the school year which frequently challenged the school's heating and air conditioning systems.
