Collins Perley is proud to offer an exercise program to prepare athletes for their Spring Sport.

Mobility and Stability exercises are especially important for Spring Sports because of the large range of motion, high velocity and endurance that the shoulder joint is performing.  In this program individuals will develop mobility in hips and shoulders, maintain strength, and develop core stability.

This Program will start with an exercise class from 3-4 p.m. Mondays and Fridays in Wellness Studio #1 from Monday, March 9th through Friday, March 20th.  This class is happening during the After-School Program time frame, which means that it is free for BFA students.

To get involved, please email Adam aparent@maplerun.org or complete the signup form at the front desk at Collins Perley Sports & Fitness Center.  For more information, please check out the posters around school or stop by the Main Office.
