Dear Parents and Guardians of students currently in K, 2nd, 4th and 6th grade:
We are working on classroom placement for next year. Your response to this survey is a necessary part of making the appropriate placement for your child. In addition, the following factors will be considered: numbers of students in each class, match with teacher (teaching/learning style) and class composition. The principal makes the final class placement decision for each child after gathering information from parents and teachers.
Parents are encouraged to share information about their child that might affect the class placement.
Please complete this survey as soon as possible or by April 30th.
