Locker update:  We are currently working on contacting students by email once your locker items are ready to be picked up and scheduling a time for each of you to do so.  Please note:  This is an ongoing process and will take some time.  A time must be scheduled in order for a pickup to occur.  Shelves, photos, and supplies have been left locked in lockers for next school year.  If you are contacted to schedule a pickup time and would prefer to leave the items in your locker for next school year, you may ask us to do so.  Thank you for your patience.  You may schedule a time by emailing Judy Turner at jturner@maplerun.org.

This year’s commencement will be a 2-part graduation. It is highly recommended that you watch the YouTube event on Thursday, June 4th at 6 p.m. This will be your graduation rehearsal.  On June 9th - 11th you will arrive at the Collins Perley Complex at your assigned time slot. You will arrive in your cap and gown, and walk-in alphabetical order. For example, Tuesday, June 9th at 5 p.m. will begin with last name Adams. I will be sending out that exact schedule next week. We suggest that you ride to the Complex in the same car as your family. You are limited to two family members to join you for the ceremony.  Upon your arrival at the Complex, you will be directed where to park. Please stay in your vehicles until you hear your name announced over the public address system. When called, staff will assist you in lining up outside of the Southside of the Complex. You and your two family members will walk through the ice rink and tennis court, up to the graduation stage. You will walk across the stage and receive your diploma. Once off the stage, you will have an opportunity for a professional photo with Whipple Photography. Your family is welcome to take photos while you are on stage. BFA will be purchasing one professional photo for each senior. Once your photo is taken, you will be ushered out the Northside of the Complex and will return to your vehicles. This whole process will be filmed. All of the graduation speeches will also be pre-recorded. These recordings along with musical pieces will be pulled together as a production for you all to watch from your homes on Saturday, June 13th at 11 am. This production will be made available to all seniors in a media file.

Note: The Senior Slide Show will be projected on the screens for you to view as you walk up to the graduation stage as well as shown on YouTube the evening of June 12th, Time TBD.
