SATEC students will be collecting loose change starting Monday, November 13, 2017, until Friday, December 1, 2017.  The change will be used to purchase Give a Meal boxes (formerly known as Helping Hands) from Hannaford.  The boxes are used to assist families with extra food during times of need.

Our local Hannaford has sold the most boxes since the start of the program several years ago and SATEC has purchased between 30 - 40 boxes each year just by collecting loose change!  What a great community we live in!!

If you have any loose change hanging around the house, please send it in with your child anytime during this time period.  Every little bit helps!!!

Have a wonderful Holiday Season!

Members of SATEC's "Youth Leaders" group had the great opportunity to spend a portion of their day last Friday,  working with students from BFA's Leadership classes. Both groups got to work on getting out of of their comfort zones while focusing on leadership, acceptance, and how they can be a good role model at their school. Our students also got a chance to learn more about the BFA experience and all that it has to offer

“ Every Vermonter Deserves to Be Warm”

Reduce Reuse, Recycle and give the gift of warmth.  Please join SATEC’s Youth Leaders and BFA as they collaborate in efforts to supply Vermonters in need of winter clothing with a warm coat.  All donated coats will be given to area charities.  Please see Mrs. Rose in the back lobby with any donations starting November 14th-20th.  There is a huge need for coats in children’s and teens’ sizes. Please consider donating.
