Maple Run Unified School District

The garden space next to the boys' soccer field at SACS is divided into halves. One portion is allotted to the thriving community garden. The other portion is planted to serve as a school market garden. Produce is harvested from the garden and sold to the SACS Abbey cafeteria program. A portion of the market garden produce is used for Farm to School instruction in the family and consumer science kitchen.
