Yesterday our outdoor classroom coordinator Jaime came in and helped us plant micro greens! We have a grow cart in our classroom and we will watch their growth and record their growth using our science journals! She will come back in for the harvest and we will taste-test them! We are growing baby corn, radishes, and solantro!
