Lighthouse Alternative Program Lead – Bellows Free Academy
Bellows Free Academy is seeking an Alternative Program Lead for the Lighthouse Program, a specialized educational setting designed to support high school students who benefit from additional academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
This leadership role is responsible for the vision, development, and daily management of the program while working closely with students, families, educators, and support staff to create a learning environment where students feel safe, connected, supported, and empowered to succeed. This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced educator or student support professional who is passionate about relationship-based learning, alternative education, and helping every student find a path forward.
