For the remainder of this week, the space between the north and south buildings will need to be kept clear for facilities work.  This means that space will not be available for gathering during lunch, before or after school.  Thank you for your cooperation!

Online registration is now open for anyone interested in playing a winter sport.  Please go to the Athletic webpage and follow the online registration directions.

The Awards dessert banquet will be held on Tuesday, November 12th from 7:00-8:00 p.m. in the Gym.  This event was rescheduled from last month.  Students who will be receiving their academic pin will receive a letter inviting them and their families to this event.

Attention 9th & 12th Graders:  The Nurses will be doing vision exams this week for grades 9 & 12.  If you received an appointment card, please see one of the nurses at that time.

Attention students:  Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays breakfast will be available during Advisory (9:13-9:33).  Located in front of the Booster Booth in the Upper Gym Lobby.  If you’ve already had breakfast in the North Building, you will need money on your account or cash to purchase an additional breakfast.  Menu will change throughout the year.

Today’s Lunch:

Ski & Snowboard Club meeting on Friday (11/8) during Enrichment in the PAC.

Gaming Club will meet on Friday (11/8) from 2:50-4:50 p.m. in Science Room E-205.  All are welcome!

All Staff and Students:  We are putting together a bulletin board in the lobby by the

Main Office for Veterans Day.  We want to emphasize that this day is to show respect

and gratitude to all who have served in U.S. Military Forces.  If you have a photo of a

family member, friend, or (for some) yourself, we will copy it for the display.  If you

don’t have a photo but would like to acknowledge someone, we will have special

paper and markers in the lobby on Friday with examples of some options that would

be appropriate.  We hope this display will show how many in our school community

are connected to someone who has served this country and instill a sense of respect

to be carried with them to the Veterans Day Parade and the service in Taylor Park.
