Spend a Saturday morning reading, creating, and having fun with Principal Kelsey Malboeuf!
Fairfield Center School is focusing on literacy this school year and is teaming up with Bent Northrop Memorial Library to bring families together through Fairfield READS! The goal is simple: make reading fun, share stories, and give students and families time to enjoy books together. When adults make reading part of their lives, they help show students just how important and enjoyable it can be.
Join us Saturday, October 17th, from 9:15 to 10 a.m. at Bent Northrop Memorial Library, 164 Park Street in Fairfield. Kelsey will read two or three books, followed by an animal puppet craft. All materials will be provided.
This is the first in a series of Fairfield READS! We're planning Saturday events throughout the school year, so stay tuned for more dates!
We hope you can join us! Reading is even more fun when we do it together.
