Please Complete the 2026–2027 Household Income Form
Maple Run families, please complete your Household Income Form now. A new form is needed each school year, even if your household information hasn’t changed.
Although breakfast and lunch are provided at no cost to all Maple Run students, this form helps our District access important state and federal funding that supports student learning and school programs.
This funding helps support:
Reading, math, science, arts, and physical education
Special education services and other student supports
After-school and summer programs
Technology and other learning resources
The form takes just a few minutes:
One form per household covers all Maple Run students, from Pre-K through grade 12.
Enter your household size and select whether your annual household income is above or below the amount shown for your household size.
You do not need to provide an exact income amount.
Your information is confidential and protected by law. You submit the form securely to the Vermont Agency of Education, which then securely shares the information with Maple Run.
