Saint Albans City School will be closed on Friday, January 23, 2026.
There will be no school for City School students.
This closure follows the passing of a member of our school community. We know this loss is being felt deeply, and closing school allows space for care, reflection, and support for staff, students, and families.
When school resumes, counseling and support will be available for anyone who may need extra care. Thank you for your understanding and for the compassion you show one another.
