October is National Principals Month, a time to recognize the important role principals play in our schools every day.
Our principals lead with care, compassion, and a commitment to our students and staff. They support teachers, connect with families and guardians, celebrate successes, work through challenges, and help create schools where students feel welcomed, safe, supported, and ready to learn.
That work connects directly to Maple Run’s mission: ensuring a meaningful, flexible, rigorous, and safe education for all to thrive and excel. Our principals help create the welcoming environments described in our vision, where our students and community can tap into their love of learning.
Being a principal is about much more than running a school. It is about relationships, listening, problem-solving, supporting others, and showing up every day for students and staff.
This month, we invite our Maple Run community to help us recognize our principals.
Have a favorite memory, story, shout-out, or word of appreciation for a Maple Run principal? We’d love to hear it!
Send your message to TapIn@MapleRun.org, and help us celebrate the people who lead and support our schools each day.
Thank you to our Maple Run principals for all you do for our students, staff, and school communities.
