Maple Run Board Meeting – This Wednesday
Our next Maple Run Unified School District Board of Directors meeting is this Wednesday, May 6, at 6:00 PM at the Maple Run Central Office, 28 Catherine Street in St. Albans.
Everyone in our community is welcome.
Some of the topics on this week’s agenda include:
• Updates on what’s happening with education reform in Vermont and what it could mean for local schools
• A report from our student board representatives
• Discussion around superintendent goals and planning for the board retreat
• Staff leave requests
• A proposed iPad purchase for SATEC students
• A proposed BFA parking lot resurfacing project
• Renewal of our food service contract
• Review of this year’s staff climate survey
• Superintendent updates, board discussion, and public comment
Board meetings are a great way to stay connected, learn more about what’s happening in our schools, and hear the conversations shaping the future of Maple Run.
