Saint Albans City School is currently hiring for two full-time positions serving students in grades K–4:
Behavior Consultant
This position supports the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of elementary students and works closely with families, school staff, and community providers. The Behavior Consultant helps coordinate behavioral support services and strengthens proactive strategies that help students succeed both academically and socially.
A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. Experience working in a school setting is also preferred.
Dean of Students (One-Year Position)
The Dean of Students supports a positive school culture through restorative practices, student support, and collaboration with families and staff. This role focuses on helping students succeed academically and behaviorally while fostering strong relationships throughout the school community.
Candidates should hold an educator license and have experience working in a PK–8 setting. A master's degree in education or a related field is preferred.
