It’s time for families to log in and complete their students' annual PowerSchool forms.
Please log in to your PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS) Parents & Families Account https://maplerun.powerschool.com/public/home.html and look for Forms.
You’ll want to review and update your contact information form, complete the annual health update form, and complete the annual household income form. These forms need to be completed each year.
