Maple Run Families: Get Ready for Our Mass Communication Test

Maple Run will be conducting a mass communication test on Thursday, September 10, at 5:00 PM (approximately).

This test is an opportunity to make sure our communication system is working and that we have accurate contact information for our families. During the test, families should receive an email, phone call, and text message.

Please take a few minutes before Thursday to check your contact information in PowerSchool.

Check Your Information in PowerSchool

Log in to your PowerSchool Parents & Families account and select:

Forms → Contact Information – Annual Verification Form

Please review your:

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Other contact information

If your information has changed, please update it in PowerSchool so we can reach you when important information needs to be shared.

Want to Receive Text Messages?

Maple Run uses text messaging for urgent and time-sensitive communication.

To receive text alerts, make sure your cell phone number is correct in PowerSchool and text YES to 79041 to opt in.

All Maple Run text alerts will come from 79041 and are one-way messages.

While you are in PowerSchool, please also make sure you have completed the required annual forms, including:

  • Contact Information

  • Annual Health Update

  • Annual Household Income

These forms need to be completed each school year.
