We’re hiring at Maple Run Unified School District!
We have openings for Special Educators at Bellows Free Academy (BFA), Saint Albans City School (SACS), and Saint Albans Town Educational Center (SATEC).
These full-time positions provide special education services and accommodations to eligible students, helping them access grade-level instruction, build skills, and work toward their individual goals. Special Educators collaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and other partners to meet student learning needs.
We’re looking for educators with a valid Vermont Teaching License and the appropriate Special Education or Consulting Teacher endorsement for the grade level. Demonstrated experience working with students with disabilities is required. Knowledge of special education regulations, behavioral strategies, accommodations, and interventions is important. A master’s degree is preferred.
Salary range: $54,700–$90,450, based on education, licensure, and experience.
