SUNDAY SELFIE at Collins Perley, with Gene Heinrich and Tim Viens. WOW, what a night and morning. First off - be safe out there on the roads and sidewalks. Parts can be deceiving... safety first! As for classes - ALL are canceled today due to the weather. There is public skate today from 12:15 - 1:45 (adults $6, students/seniors $4). As for the gym, we will not have an instructor there today but it will be open until 2:00 (with the front desk watching for safety). The courts are pretty filled today, so call ahead and check on times (there may be cancellations today). There is also Pickleball from 1:00 - 3:00. As for SASA games, please check their website for more information concerning cancellations and such. That's it for the Complex today! There may be some pop up spin today so watch Facebook... SUNDAY SELFIE at Collins Perley, throwback to Summer! Thought I would do something a little different today due to the snow out there... First off, be safe out there on the roads. Looks like it's going to be a snowy day in Vermont. For classes today we have Stacey's Sunday Sunrise Yoga at 7:00 with Stacey; Sunday Strength at 8:00 with Lille Bowler; and Spinning at 9:00 with Lille Bowler. The rink is a busy place today with the continuation of the SASA tournament that has been going on all weekend (just want to give a huge shout out to Pam Ellis! She is a true Wonder Woman of Hockey. Standing tall and applauding loudly for all the hard work and hours she puts into making sure these functions run smoothly). Because of the tournament, there will NOT be an public skate today. For the tennis courts, we do have a few spots open, so call ahead and reserve. Also, for the basketball court, we do have some time available before 11:00 (again, call ahead and reserve because these do go fast! And remember, 13 and younger must have an adult with them on the court). WOW, what another full day here at the Complex. So come on down, be safe on those roads, and either get your fit on or watch some amazing young people play hockey. Why? Because here at Collins Perley, we make fitness fun!!!!

It's the calm before the storm here in St Albans, so that shouldn't stop you from heading down to the Complex and getting your fit on. Morning classes are Stacey's Sunday Sunrise Yoga with Stacey at 7:00, Sunday Strength with Lille Bowler at 8:00, Spin the Wheel with Lille Bowler at 9:00, and ending the day with All in One with Beth Hayford at 2:00. Becky Mcgregor is in the gym today until 2:00... For rink time, there are SASA games ALL day - so stop in and support these amazing teams. There is also public skate today from 12:15 - 1:45 ($6 for adults, $4 for children and seniors). Tennis courts are pretty filled today, so if you are looking for a court call ahead... this also goes for the basketball court (currently there are NOT any times available for the basketball court). SASA is sponsoring Rail City Challenge all day today - so come on down and watch some amazing hockey (there is a fee to get into the tournament). As for classes today, we have: Stacey's Sunday Sunrise Yoga at 7:00 with Stacey, Sunday Strength with Lille Bowler at 8:00, Spin the Wheel with Lille Bowler at 9:00, and All in One with Beth Hayford at 2:00 (an afternoon class). Due to the tournament, there will NOT be any public skate today. As for tennis courts, we are pretty booked so call ahead; and basketball court is rented for the day. Lots of classes to get the blood pumping: Stacey’s Sunday Sunrise Yoga with Stacey (though Meg is subbing) at 7:00; Sunday Strength with Lille Bowler at 8:00; Spin the Wheel with Lille at 9:00; and now an afternoon class with Beth Hayford – All In One (weights/spin/strength). SASA has a full day on the ice today, but we have some Public Skate happening from 12:15 – 1:45 (adults $6, children and seniors $4). The Craft Show continues today – so stop in and pick up some holiday gifts (nothing says I Love You better than a handmade gift… even if someone else made it LOL )!
